Realizing a gap in IT initiatives and Business objectives, Nital founded BOIT Consulting to help IT organizations better align with business and deliver value. With over 20 years of experience, Nital brings broad technical and management experience, focusing on IT organization strategy, IT transformation, operational processes, and program execution.
She has great ability to synthesize disparate insights and recommend strategy to drive desired outcomes through ambiguity. Nital has been instrumental in designing and delivering highly complex, multi-vendor technology solutions such as implementing software defined data center, data center migration/consolidation, IT sourcing, OSS/BSS processes design.
She is highly motivated, performance-driven leader who has been recognized for providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing efficient solutions, applying rigorous standards, and leading global cross-functional teams while creating metrics for progress and success.
Prior to starting BOIT Consulting, Nital held leadership roles at KPMG Consulting, Patni Computers, and Travelers Insurance. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.
Away from work, Nital unwinds biking, painting and cooking. She servers as a member of the Youth and Family Services.
