Post analysis, it was decided that the existing HW was obsolete
Build out new infrastructure, that would provide HA and DR needs
Conducted detail discovery of applications to be migrated
Created a detail migration plan & migrated applications to new env
Worked with existing ops team to define the future operational model of the combined data center
